This policy protects users, OpenBox infrastructure, and third parties from misuse.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the service to violate the law or the rights of third parties, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, engage in phishing or threats, exploit children, or distribute unlawful content.
2. Security
Unauthorized scanning, bypassing access controls, password guessing, interfering with other users' accounts, and activities that threaten the platform are prohibited.
3. Messaging and Automation
Bulk messages are permitted only where there is a lawful basis and an option to opt out. Spam, sender spoofing, and automation that violates the rules of external platforms are prohibited.
4. Load
You may not create disproportionate load, interfere with other users' activities, or circumvent pricing plan or technical limitations.
5. Enforcement
OpenBox may restrict disputed content or access, request that a violation be remedied, and cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.
