OpenBox is a Russian digital platform for systematic company management, created by Sergey Romanov in 2024.

We create ready-to-use tools for managing tasks, documents, business processes, knowledge, customers, and work quality. OpenBox brings together fragmented data and employee activities in a single system without lengthy and costly development.

Our goal is to create an international multilingual environment where companies can document processes, assign responsibilities, monitor execution, train employees, and develop their quality management system.

OpenBox Development Milestones

• November 2024 Project launch. Establishment of the company and development of the concept for a unified workspace for company management.
• April 2025 Platform development. Bringing together processes, documents, tasks, communications, and analytics.
• April 2026 International development. Preparation of a multilingual website and knowledge base for users from different countries.
• August 2026 Migration to MySQL and Laravel, integration of AI translation, content publishing, and internal linking.
