These terms apply to payment for OpenBox services unless a specific order or agreement provides otherwise.
1. Prices and Taxes
The price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes are specified before payment, in the invoice, or in the order. Bank fees and currency conversion charges may be imposed by the payment provider.
2. Payment
Payment must be made using an available method within the specified period. Subscriptions may be automatically renewed with the user's explicit consent.
3. Cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled before the next billing period. Access generally remains available until the end of the paid period unless the plan or law requires otherwise.
4. Refunds
Requests are reviewed taking into account the services actually provided, the terms of the order, and mandatory laws of the customer's country. Payments for a fully provided period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or agreement.
5. Erroneous Payments
For verification, you must provide the date, amount, payment method, and transaction ID. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where technically and legally possible.
