This document explains what information OpenBox collects, why it is used, and what rights users have.
1. What Data We Collect
We may collect contact details, account information, support requests, service usage data, technical logs, IP address, browser and device information, as well as payment information to the extent provided by payment providers.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Data is used to provide and protect the service, perform the contract, process requests, issue invoices, improve the product, comply with the law, and prevent abuse. Depending on the country, the legal basis may be a contract, consent, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest.
3. Disclosure and International Processing
